Job description

WHO – we are looking for

  • Analytical Skills: Not just a creative, must be analytical and numbers oriented. Presenting the best range is only effective if we plan and sell well - the numbers don’t lie and this individual will be working with this information daily.
  • Organised & Methodical: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team Spirit & Work Ethic: Collaborative team player with a solid work ethic and proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility & Commitment: Willing to work overtime when required to ensure the best product ranges are produced.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Product Management, Brand Management, marketing or related field, completed or in progress.
  • Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in a brand assistant, design assistant, junior buyer or buying assistant role.
  • Ambition: Motivated to learn and grow, with a clear path toward Brand Manager long-term (3–5 years).

WHAT – you’ll be doing

  • Product Support: Assist the Brand Manager with day-to-day product management tasks.
  • Order Management: Place and track product orders, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Cataloguing & Database Maintenance: Maintain product databases and catalogue products systematically.
  • Range Samples: Prepare product range samples.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce reports that will assist the Brand Manager in reviewing product performance, inventory levels, and sales insights.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with sales and planning teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Handle all documentation and administrative tasks to keep the brand team running efficiently.
