Internal Sales Representative
Our client in the Industrial Pump Manufacturing Industry is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Boksburg.
Requirements:
- Previous sales and procurement experience relating to pumps and pump components.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Computer literate with knowledge of ERP systems.
- Matric.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Purchasing components for pump assembly.
- Selling components and pumps.
- Maintaining stock levels in the store.
- Servicing existing clients and responding to new sales inquiries.
- Following up on quotation processes and placing orders for clients.
- Generating invoices for clients.
- Receiving, managing, and escalating customer complaints.
Package & Remuneration
Up to R22,000 per month + Provident Fund & Medical Aid (After 3 months' probation).
