IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet business requirements. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles
• Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay updated with the latest IT hiring trends and market insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hiring for international clients
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of South African job market and hiring practices
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Time management and multitasking ability
