Senior Technical Domain Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our technical roadmap.
• Champion best practices in software development, UI design, and agile delivery methodologies.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 7+ years of proven experience in technical domain specialization.
• Hands-on development experience with a strong understanding of banking systems.
• Exposure to agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.
• Proficiency in UI development, including Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with SOA/API, including SOAP and Rest.
• Familiarity with DevOps toolsets for software releases.
• Knowledge of JWT (Java Web Tokens), SSLs, and Swagger for service development.
• Proficient in Lotus Notes/Domino client and web development.
• Experience with AEM workflow management is a plus.
