The ideal candidate will be a results-driven and connected Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts. This person will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and helping position Inkhanyeti as a go-to partner for IT managed services and workforce augmentation.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in IT services sales, a solid industry network, and a passion for building strategic client relationships.

Pay Structure:

• Basic salary (based on experience)
• Attractive commission structure based on new business signed

Experience required:

• 6+ years in business development, account management, or IT sales
• Strong understanding of IT managed services, outsourcing, or consulting environments
• Proven track record of generating new business in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
• Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently and remotely

Responsibility:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in South Africa and the UK
• Promote Inkhanyeti's service offerings: staff augmentation and managed IT services
• Develop tailored proposals and pitch materials
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to onboarding
• Maintain long-term client relationships and act as key point of contact
• Collaborate with technical delivery team to align client expectations with service delivery
• Provide input on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and service positioning
