Available immediately? Looking to secure a position with a lot of growth potential into a senior role? A medical group in Sandton is looking for a well-experienced Accountant to join their team. The successful incumbent would preferably have experience working within a Medical / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing concern.
Duties & Responsibilities
Report directly to the Financial Manager.
- A B.Com / B.Compt or relevant NFQ 7 financial degree
- 3 - 5 years experience as an Accountant
- To start on a 3 month temporary contract (serving as a probation period) with a strong possibility of going permanent
Duties:
- Full function accounting
- Reconcile General Ledger Accounts
- Trial Balance
- Compile Management accounts
- Cashbook
- Debtors
- Creditors
- Reconciliations
- Payroll
- Recons of VAT
- Preparation of tax
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash flow planning and management
