Duties & Responsibilities

1. Champion the meticulous reconciliation of balance sheets and payroll postings, ensuring every penny is accounted for.
2. Take the reins during annual functions, skillfully managing earnings returns and liaising with medical aid providers.
3. Uphold the integrity of payroll through vigilant reviews, balancing, and compliance with financial acts and company policies.
4. Reconcile third-party payments with finesse, meeting deadlines and resolving discrepancies with a detective's keenness.
5. Deliver exceptional audit services, acting as the linchpin between payroll operations and auditing teams.
6. Elevate payroll services through insightful analysis, cash flow forecasting, and proactive process improvements.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. A shining B.Com in Accounting or an equivalent beacon of knowledge.
2. 2-3 years of experience in accounting or auditing, demonstrating a track record of financial expertise.
3. A year's worth of experience with SAP is a golden feather in your cap (preferable, but not mandatory).
