Duties & Responsibilities

• Spearhead the expansion of our portfolio within Gauteng through targeted marketing and sales strategies.
• Enhance the profitability of existing products by implementing innovative sales initiatives.
• Forge and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders to fuel business growth.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and secure orders with partners.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet business objectives.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Proven track record in business development within financial services, telecoms, insurance, or a similar service industry.
• Extensive experience working with SMEs or comparable clientele.
• Proficiency in marketing and pitching Group Life, Group Funeral, Group Medical Insurance, and related products to corporate clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effortlessly with business owners and executive teams.
• Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional communication skills are a must.
• Preference given to candidates with insurance qualifications such as FAIS - RE1/RE5.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as necessary.
• Comfortable thriving in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

Compensation

• Competitive basic salary of R25,000 per month.
