Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, efficient and accurate HR services administration support to the Human Resources Division.
  • Prepare HR letters (e.g., increases, certificates of service, allowances).
  • Perform general office administration and requisitioning of HR‑related goods and services.
  • Support the HR Services Manager with quarterly allowance audits.
  • Administer the long‑service awards process and maintain the service register.
  • Coordinate EAP appointments and service‑provider engagements when required.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism in a structured environment.
  • Support day‑to‑day HR operations, recruitment, payroll administration assistance, employee records management, disciplinary processes, compliance, HR systems, and reporting.
  • Support payroll accuracy in collaboration with payroll service providers.
  • Ensure the implementation of any amendments on conditions of service.
  • Monitor implementation of changes on PERSAL and verify that information on PERSAL correlates with the establishment.
  • Provide accurate payroll information and supporting data for SARS, UIF, SDL, COIDA, and Provident Fund submissions.
  • Prepare, plan and execute long‑service awards and payments.
  • Maintain employee data in SAGE 300, including training and development, IR matters, and employee personal information changes.
  • Record and update lead, prospect, and client information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and relevancy.
  • Coordinate events and support marketing and business development administration.

Qualifications

  • NQF level 6 in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Industrial Psychology, Public Management, Administration, Operations Management, Labour Relations, Social Sciences, Management Services, or another related equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in HR, professional services, consultancy, legal, or compliance‑led environments.
  • Experience in the temporary employment services industry is desirable.
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Valid driver’s licence and a proven track record of service delivery.

Additional Information

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
