As the people specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to stakeholders across all business areas and provide guidance on best practice, challenges, and solutions pertinent to people. You will actively participate in the implementation and coordination of key strategic and operational processes pertaining to the employee lifecycle. You will report directly to the People Partner.
You will contribute to the development and delivery of effective line management development programs, support the compilation of People reports, analyze trends to ensure changes can be identified, root causes understood, and solutions created or supported. You will ensure adherence to employment legislation, people policies, and governance regarding employment relationships. You will keep up to date with any changes in legislation, interpret these changes and notify the business as necessary. You will promote a working environment characterized by transparency, consistency, and fairness, and act as HRIS Champion providing insights and support to stakeholders.
