The Role: Senior Construction Foreman (Finishing and/or Structural)
The purpose of the role is to supervise structural concrete elements and finishing trades on multi-storey high-rise projects. The focus areas include managing technical execution, supervising trades, coordinating the workforce, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Bring 7+ years of minimum experience in structural and/or finishing construction.
Supervise structural concrete elements and/or high-end finishing trades on multi-storey high-rise projects.
Manage setting out, vertical controls, and rigorous quality control protocols.
Apply expert knowledge of wet trades and general oversight of specialist services including Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC.
Act as a primary point of contact to ensure clear communication and productivity among subcontractors and site labor.
Monitor and maintain site safety in strict compliance with the OHS Act and company protocols.
About You
7+ years of minimum experience in structural and/or finishing construction.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Fluent in additional indigenous languages (nice-to-have).
