Financial Advisor - Hybrid

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home while meeting clients.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years financial planning experience at a registered financial service provider

• Existing date of first appointment as a representative with the FSCA

• Bachelors degree or diploma in finance, economics, risk management, business, insurance, or related field

• Industry-approved qualification

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• RE5 Cerificate required

Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with sound financial advice and tailored financial plans

• Guide clients through investment options, retirement planning, and risk assessments

• Conduct market research and stay updated on financial trends and legislation

• Review client portfolios to optimize asset growth and fund allocation

• Ensure client satisfaction through regular reviews and relationship management

Compensation: Commission-based (with product splits based on experience and production)

Training: 3-month training program with allowance of R50,000 (paid over 3 months at R16,666 less tax)

Location: Hybrid Johannesburg South (flexibility to work from home)
