Junior HR Manager / Transformation Specialist

Salary: R30,000.00 – R35,000.00 Gross per month (Depending on experience)

Our client is seeking a high-caliber Specialist to drive the Group’s B-BBEE, Skills Development, and Employment Equity strategies.
The Growth Opportunity: The successful incumbent will enter a structured mentorship and development pipeline, specifically designed to groom you into the Group HR Manager role within approximately six (6) years, subject to performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• B-BBEE & Transformation: Act as the Group custodian for B-BBEE scorecards. Coordinate multi-entity Transformation Committees and prepare annual verifications.
• Skills Development & Training: End-to-end management and submission of WSP/ATR. Drive the Group Training Strategy, manage SETA grants, and oversee learnerships, internships, and bursaries.
• Compliance & BBBEE: Manage Employment Equity compliance and BBBEE submissions across the Group.
• HR Generalist Support: Assist the Group HR Manager with performance management, workforce planning, and aligning group-wide HR practices.
Requirements & Competencies:
• Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years of solid HR experience, with a heavy focus on B-BBEE legislation, WSP/ATR submissions, and EEA compliance.
• Sector: Experience within the Engineering, Construction or technical/industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
• Structure: Proven experience working at a group or multi-entity level, managing committees and senior stakeholders.
• Attributes: Exceptional governance, high attention to detail, strong analytical reporting skills, and the maturity to navigate complex organizational structures.
