REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced REGIONAL SALES MANAGER a large international concern, position based in the Klerksdorp area, North West Province.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Valid Code 08 drivers license.

Degree in Animal husbandry and Nutrition or Marketing.

Competent computer literacy (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced MS Word / MS Excel).

Daily execution of company ERP(CDNXL) procedures and policies.

5yrs+ previous sales managerial experience.

Strong customer care skills.

Extensive knowledge of management and logistics.

Knowledge of the animal production industry is essential.

Experience in safety and risk management.

Managing sales and marketing regionally.

Managing sales to achieve budgeted targets.

Administration and human resource management (recruit, train and manage sales technical staff).

Person must be willing to work long hours and travel extensively.

Manage staff meetings.
