Job description
Key Responsibilities - Processing of quotes and invoices - Capturing and processing supplier bills - Assisting with general accounting and administrative duties - Following up on account queries where required - Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation - Preparing Daily payments Schedules & Sending out proof of payments - Any Adhoc tasks - Daily reconciliation of customer accounts Minimum Requirements - Basic bookkeeping/accounting knowledge - Experience with accounting software (Xero experience will be advantageous) - Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication and organisational skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Previous experience in an accounts/admin environment will be beneficial Personal Attributes - Trustworthy and reliable - Willing to learn and grow - Team player - Professional and well organised Salary: Annual package of R180 000 R240 000, depending on experience.
