We are seeking an experienced Level 4 Millwright Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with particular emphasis on PLC systems industrial electrical work and machine installation.

What youll do

As a Millwright / Mechanic youll be at the heart of operationsright on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:

• Install commission and relocate industrial machinery production equipment and support systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and electrical equipment
• Diagnose machine faults using PLC logic HMI interfaces and electrical schematics
• Perform electrical wiring motor controls sensor setup and control panel troubleshooting
• Assist with startup testing alignment and calibration of newly installed equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints wiring diagrams mechanical drawings and technical manuals
• Complete preventative maintenance and identify opportunities to improve technical manuals
• Complete preventative maintenance and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and uptime
• Work closely with operations engineering and maintenance teams during installations upgrades and breakdown response

Your strengths as a Millwright / Mechanic

• Level 4 Millwright or equivalent industrial maintenance experience
• Strong working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with industrial electrical systems motor controls VFDs sensors relays and control circuits
• Proven experience installing aligning and commissioning production machinery
• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and prioritize production-critical issues
• Ability to safely use hand tools power tools precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment
• Strong understanding of lockout/tagout procedures and industrial safety standards while adhering to all food safety and quality standards
• Experience with PLC platforms (preferred)
• Experience with conveyer systems automated equipment or packaging/manufacturing machinery (preferred)
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus (preferred)
