Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities: Report to the regional manager Able to manage accounts in the region Able to actively reach out to the clients and guide best practice of our software Develop relationship with existing accounts in the region Find creative ways to upsell to client, generate referrals Attend weekly / monthly meetings and report regularly Record clients' interactions via CRM Amenable to do face to face meeting with clients Qualifications: SaaS background but any IT experience would be great Great command of the English language Preferably have 2 to 4 years account management/sales experience.
