1. Offshore Inside Sales Representative I (ISR I)

Role: The Offshore Inside Sales Representative I (ISR I) supports revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of global accounts. This role focuses on sales execution, proactive outreach, opportunity follow‑up, and pipeline management. ISR I is an activity‑driven role designed for strong communicators who are disciplined with follow‑up and comfortable working across time zones to support U.S. and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach to assigned accounts to identify new opportunities
  • Follow up on quotes, samples, proposals, and open opportunities
  • Execute upsell and cross‑sell initiatives within assigned accounts
  • Schedule and participate in virtual client meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Microsoft Dynamics CE), including activity logging, opportunity updates, and notes
  • Monitor open opportunities and stalled quotes to drive next steps
  • Coordinate internally with sourcing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor purchasing trends to identify incremental growth opportunities
  • Gather forecasting inputs to share with U.S. Sales leadership and Supply Chain Management
  • Support reporting requirements requested by customers or U.S. Sales leadership
  • Support senior sales team members on larger or strategic accounts
  • Share customer feedback in products and services with U.S. Sales leadership

Required Skills & Capabilities (Agency Responsibility)

  • 2–4 years of B2B inside sales, account coordination, or sales support experience
  • Strong written and verbal English client‑facing communication skills
  • Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and outbound calls
  • Highly organized with strong follow‑through and attention to details
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CE) and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to align working hours with global client needs
  • Ability to manage high‑volume follow‑up workflows across multiple accounts

Performance Metrics

  • Activity levels (calls, emails, meeting scheduling)
  • Follow‑up timeliness and consistency
  • Opportunity progression and quote‑to‑order support
  • CRM accuracy (Microsoft Dynamics CE) and pipeline hygiene
  • Responsiveness to internal sales requests
  • Contribution to revenue acceleration and deal velocity

Expected Outcomes

  • Increased coverage and responsiveness across assigned accounts
  • Reduced quote aging and stalled opportunities
  • Improved pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
  • Higher productivity for U.S.‑based sales leadership
  • Consistent execution without compromising client experience

2. Offshore Inside Sales Representative II (ISR II)

Role: The Inside Sales Representative II (ISR II) is responsible for independently managing and growing a portfolio of global accounts. This role owns revenue targets and drives strategic expansion within existing relationships. ISR II partners closely with cross‑functional teams and may lead virtual client presentations and program launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute account growth plans
  • Identify and close‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Conduct virtual discovery meetings to uncover budgets, timelines, and expansion initiatives
  • Lead proposal discussions and pricing conversations
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to launch new programs and manage existing programs smoothly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support onboarding of the ISR I team members when needed
  • Support reporting requirements requested by customers or U.S. Sales leadership
  • Sharing customer insights & feedback with U.S. Sales Leadership
  • Gather forecasting inputs to share with U.S. Sales leadership and Supply Chain Management
  • Share customer feedback in products and services with U.S. Sales leadership

Required Skills & Capabilities (Agency Responsibility)

  • 4+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex opportunities
  • Experience supporting global or multi‑region clients preferred
  • Advanced CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CE) proficiency and forecasting discipline
  • Strong time management and self‑direction in a remote environment
  • Willingness to align working hours with global client needs
