Job description
Responsibilities - Create and develop seasonal menus and food offerings while maintaining exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency - Lead the kitchen team and oversee all food preparation and service operations - Manage the day-to-day restaurant and bar operations - Plan and oversee catering and food & beverage experiences for conferences, team-building events, private functions, golf groups, corporate stays, families, and exclusive-use guests - Manage both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure consistently high standards of food, service, and hospitality - Work closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience Requirements - Minimum of 5 years experience as a professional chef - Previous Food & Beverage management experience is essential - Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills - It is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays during peak operating periods - Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced hospitality environment - Passion for hospitality, food, and delivering exceptional guest experiences Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
