WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a client to recruit an experienced Partner Team Manager to lead a field-based partner sales team. This role is ideal for a strong people leader who can coach and develop Senior Account Managers, drive partner revenue growth, and build a high‑performing sales culture across the accounting and bookkeeping ecosystem.
About the Role
As Partner Team Manager, you will lead a team of field-based Senior Account Managers, providing strategic guidance, coaching, motivation, and performance management. You’ll be responsible for driving subscription and revenue growth, improving forecasting discipline, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring consistent application of consultative selling principles across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field-based Senior Account Managers
- Set performance standards and drive adherence to sales methodology and CRM discipline
- Monitor and manage pipeline accuracy and opportunity progression
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Track key metrics and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with key partners and improve partner satisfaction
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
