A well-established company located in Midrand is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team!

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Education: Matric
Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years’ experience
Software Packages: Knowledge of K8 and Rapid Trade will be advantageous
Duties and Requirements include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain and build excellent customer relationships.
• Dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Provide feedback to customers if required.
• Promoting sales and products to customers.
• Ensure product knowledge is kept up to date on all available products.
• Provide technical product information to customers.
• Manage the sale from beginning to end.
• Process incoming orders on K8.
• Printing and processing orders.
• Managing back orders.
• Assisting Sales Representatives with their customers.

Other Requirements

• Be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month when needed.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans.

Package & Remuneration

R 14 000 - R 16 000 - Monthly plus provident fund, medical aid contributions, group risk and disability cover.
