Job description

REQUIREMENTS :

  • A minimum of three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) /National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Public Administration. Appropriate experience in Human Resources Management with emphasis on HR Administration (Condition of Services and pensions).

DUTIES :

  • Administration of condition of services and benefits. Providing an advisory function to DPWI staff on Human Resources policies. Processing of appointments and service terminations. Administration of pension benefits. Assist in the policy reviews related to condition of services. Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved on policy making processes. Assist in sourcing information needed to report on Audit findings.
