About the Opportunity
A well-established and dynamic retail marketing company in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their growing team.

This company is a specialist in retail campaign installations, display manufacturing, shopfitting, store development, brand activations, and comprehensive marketing solutions. In this role, you will be the driving force behind successful campaign executions, leading installation resources, solving real-time problems, and acting as the vital link between clients and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Resource Allocation: Plan installation resources and ensure all team members are fully prepared and briefed for their assigned tasks.
• Logistics Coordination: Align closely with the Logistics Coordinator to guarantee the timely delivery of all campaign elements.
• On-the-Ground Support: Actively support installation teams and serve as a proactive problem solver for any issues that arise during execution.
• Quality Control & Sign-off: Review installation photos to ensure all projects are completed to an exceptionally high standard.
• Client Liaison & Reporting: Share completion photos with clients, manage ongoing communication throughout the installation process, and compile

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 12 years of proven working experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in Visual Merchandising or shopfitting is highly advantageous.
• Education: A degree in Business Administration or Project Management is a distinct advantage.
• Tech Skills: Fully computer literate with a high level of proficiency in MS Excel.
• Logistics: Must possess a valid drivers licence and your own reliable transport.
• Attributes: * Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent follow-through.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet short, demanding deadlines.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required to meet campaign objectives.
