Callforce is currently hiring for Elite Call Centre Sales Experts – Telecommunications.

Location: Durban

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: R 7,500 Basic, incentives + commission (Very high earning potential)

Start Date: Immediate

We are urgently seeking experienced and results-driven Call Centre Sales Agents to join our high-performing 'LOCAL' sales team. If you have a proven track record of selling telecommunications products and consistently earning commission, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and sell telecommunications products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately capture customer information and sales data.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Adhere to quality, compliance, and operational standards.
• Follow up on leads and maximize conversion opportunities.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
• Minimum 6-12 months Call Centre Sales experience.
• Proven Telecommunications Sales experience.
• Must have earned commission for at least 3 consecutive months in a sales environment.
• Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Clear Criminal Record.
• Available to start immediately.
