Midvaal Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and results‑driven External Fleet Representative for a leading company based in Springs.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong automotive industry knowledge and a proven track record in business development, fleet sales, and customer relationship management.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (non‑negotiable)
• 4–5 years' sales experience within the Automotive Industry
• Experience selling to fleets, workshops, or retail customers
• Fleet experience essential
• Commercial and electrical sales knowledge advantageous
• Valid driver's license

Skills & Knowledge

• Computer literate
• Strong automotive product knowledge
• Extensive motor vehicle repair knowledge
• Technical automotive background
• Electrical, mechanical and diesel knowledge
• Technical diesel background
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive sales activities
• Cold‑call and prospect potential new customers
• Meet with prospective clients to promote products and services
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Demonstrate products and services to customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally
• Identify opportunities to expand product sales within existing accounts
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
