An opportunity for an experienced REPAIR & AFTERSALES AGENT is required for permanent employment within the Mpumalanga Highveld Region.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Promote repairs, preventative maintenance and aftermarket solutions
• Follow up quotations and workshop jobs
• Identify opportunities for additional services and equipment support
• Coordinate service requirements between customers and technicians
• Assist with customer enquiries and breakdown support coordination
• Conduct customer visits and maintain regular call cycles
• Assist with contract renewals and customer retention initiatives
• Maintain CRM and customer records
• Support branch growth objectives

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Technical or sales qualification advantageous
• Previous aftermarket, workshop, service advisor or industrial sales experience advantageous
• Knowledge of forklifts, automotive, trucks, plant or industrial equipment beneficial
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Drivers licence essential
• Ability to travel within the region
• Traceable & contactable references
• Local residency or relocation required
