Job description

The Role

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Support Specialist to join our Human Capital team.
  • This role supports the payroll function by ensuring accurate administration, compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining high standards of data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain ESS users (including onboarding and offboarding)
  • Perform weekly bank account verification (AVS)
  • Process group labour documentation (UIF, maternity, illness)
  • Submit monthly UIF declarations
  • Maintain accurate filing and payroll records
  • Provide general payroll administration and reporting support

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work within deadlines in a structured environment
  • Good administrative and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience on Payroll or HR administration
  • Minimum 2 years' experience on SAGE300
  • Intermediate Excel skills
