A leading property management organisation is seeking an experienced and driven Portfolio Manager to join its growing team. Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sectional title, HOA, or property portfolio management.
• Solid understanding of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA), CSOS regulations, and relevant property legislation.
• Experience managing trustees, committees, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong financial acumen with exposure to budgeting and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
