Duties and Responsibility:

• Install, configure, and maintainSharePoint environments (Online and/or Server)
• Manage site collections, sub sites, document libraries, lists, and metadata structures
• Implement and manage SharePointservices including Central Administration, Search, and User Profile Service
• Manage user permissions, accesscontrols, and security settings
• Develop and deploy customsolutions using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and PowerShell
• Collaborate with ICT teams tointegrate SharePoint with enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, IMIS, Sage )
• Monitor system performance,conduct routine audits, and implement best practices
• Provide technical support andtraining to end-users
• Maintain documentation forgovernance, usage policies, and system configurations
• Support disaster recoveryplanning and backup operations for SharePoint environments
• Lead or contribute toSharePoint-related projects, including intranet development and processautomation

Governance &Compliance

• Develop and enforce governancepolicies for site creation, content management, and user access
• Ensure compliance withorganizational standards, data protection regulations, and audit requirements
• Maintain documentation forgovernance frameworks, usage policies, and change management procedures

Security &Access Management

• Administer user permissions,group policies, and role-based access controls
• Integrate SharePoint with ActiveDirectory and IAM protocols
• Monitor and respond to securityincidents, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access attempts

Workflow Automation& Integration

• Design and deploy automatedworkflows using Power Automate, SharePoint Designer, and Nintex (if applicable)
• Integrate SharePoint withenterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, IMIS, Sage) to streamline businessprocesses
• Support digital transformationinitiatives by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing workflows

PerformanceMonitoring & Troubleshooting

• Conduct routine health checks,performance tuning, and capacity planning
• Monitor system logs, resolvetechnical issues, and elevate complex problems for relevant teams
• Coordinate with network andsystems administrators to ensure platform stability and availability

User Support &Training

• Provide Tier 2/3 support forSharePoint-related issues and service requests
• Develop user guides, trainingmaterials, and conduct workshops to promote adoption and best practices
• Act as a liaison between ICT andbusiness units to translate functional needs into SharePoint solutions

Development & Customization

• Create and maintain custom webparts, site templates, and branding elements
• Collaborate with developers todeploy and maintain custom SharePoint applications

Requirements

• A related IT diploma or equivalent qualification.
• SharePoint Certifications (no older than 5 years)
• Working experience in network administration specificallyin the Microsoft space
• 5 years’ experience working with SharePoint directly
• Maintain comprehensivedocumentation for configurations, workflows, and system architecture
• Generate reports on usageanalytics, compliance metrics, and system performance
• Support internal audits andcontribute to ICT risk assessments and DRP testing
