Client operational enablement manager

We're looking for a Client Operational Enablement Manager to join Adcorp Blu the role is also responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, protecting contract profitability and leading high-performing service delivery teams to consistently meet client requirements, SLAs and business objectives.

As our Client Operational Enablement Manager he purpose of the role is to ensure exceptional end-to-end service delivery across client sites, driving operational excellence, workforce performance, compliance, employee relations and accurate payroll, invoicing and reporting

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations and ensure client sites are fully staffed.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, timekeeping and ER matters.
• Build strong client relationships through regular site visits and meetings.
• Oversee payroll, invoicing, costs and contract profitability.
• Identify and support new business and growth opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop the service delivery team.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, labour legislation, SLAs and company policies.
• Monitor service delivery, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years' experience in production, manufacturing, petrochemical, road freight or warehouse operations.
• Up to 2 years' management experience, with strong people leadership skills.
• Advanced Employee Relations and disciplinary experience, including union engagement.
• Strong knowledge of labour relations, bargaining councils and collective bargaining.
• TES experience would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and build strong client relationships.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding, including managing budgets and understanding financials.
• Ability to manage operational performance, resolve issues and drive service delivery.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance and operational processes.
