TRAINING COORDINATOR

Our client, a well-established company with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, is seeking a diligent Training Coordinator to orchestrate development initiatives that empower employees and drive operational success.

Duties:

• Identify training and development needs across the organisation through assessments and consultations with line managers

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels

• Coordinate internal and external training programs, including booking venues, trainers, and scheduling sessions

• Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers, and management reports

• Stay current with new training methodologies, technologies, and best practices in adult learning

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a training or learning development role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with skills in design and planning

• Knowledge of R and RPE (Relevant Portable Equipment) is advantageous

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work on-site in Gauteng

Nice to Have:

• Experience within the automotive or manufacturing industries
