Tailormade Solution is looking for an experienced Site HR Supervisor to oversee the workforce at a busy warehouse in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This role involves managing employee relations, payroll administration, and client liaison to ensure effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant HR degree/diploma and 3–5 years of experience in a similar environment, demonstrating strong knowledge of South African labor legislation. Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office is essential.
