Responsibilities:

Client Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and building long-term trust.
Rapid Response: Swiftly attend to client queries, messages, and quote requests with accuracy and enthusiasm.
Consultative Selling: Deeply understand client needs and use your product knowledge to recommend the perfect solutions for their projects.
Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships and ensure their experience with the business is seamless from inquiry to delivery.

Requirements:

Industry Experience: A background in the Wholesale or Retail space is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: You are a natural communicator who knows how to listen, understand client pain points, and articulate solutions clearly.
Product Savvy: An ability to quickly grasp technical product details and explain them confidently to clients.
Drive & Attitude: You are hardworking, smart, and genuinely passionate about sales and business growth.
Logistics: This is a fully office-based role in Ballito, so reliable transport and proximity to the area are essential.
