WHAT YOU NEED
National Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
1 year supervisory experience (advantageous)
Knowledge of feed mill machinery & equipment (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail & prioritisation skills
Resilience, persistence & reliability
MS Office proficiency
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct regular quality control checks on feed ingredients & final product
Manufacture feed according to formulas & quality standards
Ensure staff follow procedures & maintain production discipline
Troubleshoot production issues & equipment malfunctions quickly
Minimise downtime through proactive problem‑solving
Maintain accurate records & support smooth daily operations
