The Role & Responsibilities

As an Event Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of high-profile events and activations. You will translate brand narratives into captivating, immersive physical spaces, ensuring every element perfectly aligns with the client's corporate identity and tone.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to develop original, high-impact event concepts that meet client objectives.
• Design Development: Turn conceptual ideas into detailed design plans, including custom brand bars, photo moments, and bespoke brand furniture pieces.
• Branding Integration: Use your deep understanding of corporate identity to ensure cohesive and authentic representation of brands within physical spaces.
• Innovation & Visualization: Propose bold, imaginative design approaches and present your concepts using sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, marketing, and client services) to ensure seamless design execution.
• Project Management: Oversee the on-site implementation and final delivery of your designs, ensuring the final execution matches your vision and meets premium quality standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelors degree in Event Design, Set Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in event or set design, preferably within event management, branding, or experiential marketing.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of innovative, brand-centric design projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Mindset: A bold, forward-thinking design style with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and present ideas confidently.
