# Bespoke Reservations ConsultantThis role forms part of the sales team within the Village n Life hospitality group.**The Role**As Bespoke Reservations Consultant, you’ll support specialised reservations, tailored travel arrangements and guest coordination across the Village n Life portfolio. This role is suited to someone organised, people-focused and passionate about hospitality and travel. You’ll work closely with VIP guests, stakeholders, travel partners and internal teams while assisting with seamless booking journeys from enquiry through to departure.**Key Responsibilities**– Manage reservations, quotations and booking enquiries across the Village n Life portfolio – Coordinate specialised travel arrangements for VIP guests, stakeholders and niche group bookings – Process amendments, cancellations, extensions and special requests accurately and efficiently – Prepare quotations, confirmations, invoices and reservation correspondence – Coordinate additional guest services including transfers, dining bookings and tourism-related requests – Communicate guest preferences and requirements with operational teams – Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Village n Life properties and services – Maintain accurate booking records and stakeholder information within company systems – Assist with reporting, booking administration and reservation audits – Build and maintain professional relationships with guests, travel partners and stakeholders**What We’re Looking For**– Grade 12 or equivalent qualification – Qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel or Business Administration advantageous – Minimum of 2 years’ experience in reservations, hospitality, travel or a customer-facing role – Hotel reservations experience preferred – Experience working with VIP guests or bespoke travel arrangements advantageous – Opera and reservation platform experience advantageous – Strong communication and relationship management skills – Strong organisational, administrative and multitasking abilities – Passion for hospitality, tourism and guest service – Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail**What We Offer**– A professional environment within one of South Africa’s leading hospitality groups – Growth and training opportunities within Village n Life – Exposure to luxury hospitality, travel and stakeholder coordination – Competitive package aligned with experience**Job Categories:** Sales**Job Types:** Full-time**Experience Levels:** Mid level**Job Locations:** Group Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
