Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Administration: Handle new business processing, switches, repurchases, and portfolio statements.

Data Management: Maintain and update client data meticulously on internal client management systems.

Client Servicing & Front-of-House: Act as the first point of contact answering phones, greeting clients at reception, serving refreshments, and handling general client queries.

Planner Support: Assist existing financial planners with investment reports, compliance requirements, and meeting preparations.

Team Collaboration: Jump in and assist with various other business functions as needed true teamwork means helping wherever possible.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience working on LISP systems (e.g., Ninety One, Allan Gray, Momentum) is highly advantageous.

Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Word/Excel). Training will be provided on proprietary systems.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
