Overview

Westbridge Veterinary Referral Hospital (WVRH) in West Bridgewater, MA, is expanding its emergency and critical care services and returning to 24/7. We are adding internship‑trained or experienced emergency veterinarians who have developed an interest in emergency medicine and soft tissue surgery. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is friendly, collaborative, compassionate, and dedicated to patients and their owners.

Position Details

Full‑time positions are available with a flexible, rotating schedule aimed at ensuring a quality work‑life balance.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary range of $180,000 to $220,000+ for full‑time, experienced ER DVMs. Sign‑on, relocation, and retention bonuses available. ProSal model with no negative accrual, allowing time off without lost production.

Responsibilities

Emergency doctors will manage receiving and inpatient care, with opportunities to take on soft tissue surgery cases. Collaborate with in‑house specialty surgeons – Dr. Trey Townsend and Dr. Lindsey Lavin – and the new internist, Dr. Juliana Picard. Opportunities to collaborate within the broader Ethos network.

Qualifications

Internship‑trained or experienced emergency veterinarian with a demonstrated interest in emergency medicine and soft tissue surgery.
