Construction Planner

Duties:

• Produce project time and resource schedules using Gantt and PERT charts
• Monitor and report on project progress, forecasting objectives to ensure timely delivery
• Define project scope and develop methods for successful completion
• Create dashboards and histograms for project monitoring and control
• Plan and schedule project activities, aligning resources effectively
• Forecast resource requirements and manage stakeholder communication
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and reports

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in construction project planning
• Strong proficiency in MS Project and SAP Project Management (PM)
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
• Proven track record in project scheduling and resource management
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have:

• Additional certifications in project management or construction planning
