Logistics and Parts Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Parts Warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of parts.

• Oversee inbound logistics processes, including receiving, checking, and capturing of stock.

• Manage outbound logistics, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of parts to internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.

• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved.

• Coordinate and manage company drivers and deliveries.

• Ensure optimal parts availability to support operational and service requirements.

• Monitor and control logistics and stock-related costs.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies.

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.

• Support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.
