This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and training in the field of accounting, with the goal of becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Conducting audit procedures and tests in accordance with auditing standards
• Assisting with tax compliance and planning
• Supporting senior staff with client engagements
• Developing a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Completed or in the process of completing a relevant accounting degree
• Strong academic record and commitment to pursuing a career in accounting
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Eligibility to enroll as a SAICA Trainee
