Mid/Senior Draughtsman

As a Mid/Senior Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for various engineering projects. You will utilise specialised drafting software to produce high-quality designs and collaborate with engineers and other professionals to develop innovative design solutions. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and detailed technical drawings using specialised drafting software.
• Collaborate with engineers and professionals to develop design concepts and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Review and revise drawings and plans as necessary.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior draughtsmen.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest drafting software and industry trends.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a draughtsman, preferably in a mid/senior role.
• Proficiency in specialised drafting software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
