Role Overview
We are seeking a Billing Intern to join our Finance & Admin team. This role will give exposure to billing processes, customer invoicing, and financial administration in a SaaS/telecoms environment. The intern will assist with managing billing cycles, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and issuing customer invoices.
- Support the billing team in maintaining accurate client records on Zoho Books/Zoho CRM.
- Track payments and update account statuses.
- Support in managing debit orders, reconciliations, and payment follow‑ups.
- Help resolve billing queries and elevate issues where required.
- Assist with financial reporting and preparation of supporting documents for audits.
Requirements
- Degree or National Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, or similar accounting software (advantageous).
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
