Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support to German-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Manage the end-to-end process for orders, deliveries, returns, and product inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and elevate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain precise records in internal systems to ensure data integrity.
• Consistently meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction KPIs.

What Were Looking For:

• Language Skills: Near-native German (B2–C2) and professional English proficiency.
• Education: Matric (Grade 12).
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment (Retail experience is a plus).
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and basic computer literacy.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Compliance: Valid permission to work in South Africa, a clear criminal record, and a clean debt record.
