GRV Admin clerk - Retail

Mambo’s Castle Gate is looking for a GRV / Admin Clerk to help keep our store running smoothly.

Your Role:

• Receive and check incoming stock against delivery notes and invoices
• Accurately capture Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs)
• Barcode, label, and organise stock
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist with stock takes and investigate discrepancies
• General administrative support for stock control

What We’re Looking For:

• ✔ Grade 12 (Matric)
• ✔ Strong administrative and organisational skills
• ✔ Attention to detail and accuracy
• ✔ Computer literacy (Excel / stock systems advantageous)
• ✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• ✔ Retail or stock control experience is a plus
