Job Summary

As a Call Centre Operator, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers and providing them with efficient and effective solutions.

You will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates on their requests
• Providing accurate information to customers and ensuring that their needs are met
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to their feedback and resolving any issues that may arise
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
• Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently
• Updating customer information and call logs accurately in the company's database - Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets and KPIs
• Staying up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
