Job description
- Our client is a boutique financial planning and wealth management firm. As a small, close-knit team, they pride themselves on delivering highly personalized, exceptional service to their clients. They are looking for a dedicated, grounded, and versatile professional to join their team and become an integral part of their company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Administration: Handle new business processing, switches, repurchases, and portfolio statements.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client data meticulously on internal client management systems.
- Client Servicing & Front-of-House: Act as the first point of contact answering phones, greeting clients at reception, serving refreshments, and handling general client queries.
- Planner Support: Assist existing financial planners with investment reports, compliance requirements, and meeting preparations.
- Team Collaboration: Jump in and assist with various other business functions as needed true teamwork means helping wherever possible.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience working on LISP systems (e.g., Ninety One, Allan Gray, Momentum) is highly advantageous.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Word/Excel). Training will be provided on proprietary systems.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
