Opportunity Overview

EY is strengthening its leadership capability within Business Transformation to support a growing pipeline of complex ERP and digital transformation programmes. These include large multi-year initiatives requiring experienced Programme Leads with strong delivery credentials and PMP certification.

Role Description

As a PMP Certified Business Transformation Senior Manager you will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programmes acting as Programme Lead across ERP and digital implementations.

You will engage at executive level manage multi-disciplinary teams and drive programme governance and delivery across complex environments. This role includes responsibility for multi-million-dollar programmes including long-term engagements (e.g. public sector programmes) ensuring alignment to client objectives and successful execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large transformation programmes
• Act as Programme Lead for ERP and technology-enabled initiatives
• Drive programme governance executive reporting and steering committees
• Manage senior client stakeholders including C-suite executives
• Oversee multiple delivery workstreams and teams
• Manage programme risks financials and dependencies
• Support business development and pipeline conversion
• Mentor and develop Managers and junior team members

Technical Requirements

• PMP certification (mandatory)
• Extensive experience leading ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
• Proven track record as Programme Lead on large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of programme governance and delivery frameworks
• Experience managing multi-vendor cross-functional delivery environments
• Financial and commercial programme management experience has context menu
