Relief Operations Manager Luxury Property Portfolio Limpopo & Kruger National Park
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Relief Operations Manager on behalf of a luxury property portfolio based in Limpopo and the Kruger National Park.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who is passionate about operational excellence exceptional guest experiences and supporting multiple luxury properties. The successful candidate will be based at the lodges and will provide operational support across the portfolio as required.
Salary:
R30000 R35000 per month negotiable depending on experience
Location:
Limpopo & Kruger National Park
Work Schedule:
Three weeks on one week off
Requirements:
Previous experience in a senior operational management role within luxury hospitality
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt quickly and work across multiple properties
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
Willingness to travel between properties as required
Additional Information:
The role is lodge based
Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy
