Techncial Training Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual technical training plan for the South African region
• Coordinate and deliver scheduled and ad hoc technical training programmes
• Liaise with internal technical departments, regional management and dealer networks to coordinate training requirements
• Design and customise training programmes to meet the needs of different learner groups
• Deliver product knowledge and maintenance training to internal technical and service teams
• Coordinate and conduct customer training sessions both on-site and at training facilities
• Develop and maintain technical training manuals, presentations and learning materials
• Ensure training content remains aligned with new products and technical updates
• Manage training schedules, attendance records and training resources
• Utilise training management systems to plan, monitor and report on training activities
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Provide technical support during product launches and service initiatives
• Perform additional duties as required by management
